Our core business has historically been working alongside affordable housing developers and owners, helping to unlock critical project financing to create, preserve and rehabilitate affordable housing of all types.

As we have grown and evolved, we have developed an MGP+ platform to further our mission by providing creative financial support for our partners in the arenas of acquisition, development, rehabilitation and operations.
