Multifamily Housing - What We Do
We are the Managing General Partner in over forty limited partnerships established to acquire, develop, rehabilitate, and operate apartment complexes for seniors and moderate to low income households. These partnerships own over 5,000 affordable housing units, most of which are managed by outside management firms specializing in affordable housing. The apartment complexes are located in California, Portland, Oregon, and Washington State. In some cases, the partnerships received contributions from city agencies to facilitate the acquisition of land and/or the construction of the apartment complexes. AOF/Pacific has also obtained grants from various cities whereby the proceeds were used to acquire property which we then contributed to the limited partnerships. |
