1-4 Unit Housing
- What We Do
Since its incorporation in 1997, AOF/Pacific has been involved in the acquisition, rehabilitation, and sale of one-four unit housing for moderate to low income households. We have been approved to participate in a HUD sponsored program whereby we acquire HUD foreclosed properties, often at discounted prices, using FHA-insured financing. To date, the Corporation has acquired, rehabilitated, and sold close to $20,000,000 of affordable single family housing using FHA 203(k) acquisition and rehabilitation loans or look alike conventional loans. The majority of these homes have been in the Southern California city revitalization areas of Los Angeles, Compton, Long Beach, Santa Ana, Rialto, Fontana, and Ontario. Approximately ninety percent of these homes were sold to families making 115% or less of the area median income adjusted for family size.
